Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after receiving payment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
If an item is on backorder or if there is an issue with your order, we will notify you via email.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package’s progress.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been confirmed delivered by the carrier. However, if your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If there is any damage, please report it within 7 days of receiving the item.
Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund or exchange.
